Angel-mortal gift exchange was really cool. For some reason I received a few traumatising presents. Lol but loved them nonetheless. I have a very nice angel + nice mortals :P hurhur.
Went very high on chocolates and poiful gummies during math tutorial. I have learnt my lesson- no more chocolates and sweets for me.
Cross country in the afternoon was interesting. Nice atmosphere. Weather was a little hotter than what i'm used to. Was so nice to hear people cheering for me on that last downhill stretch. Reminded me of sports fest 04 at Bishan Stad. CT rep Ben was so nice he sprinted with me down the hill. If not for him I think I would've just jogged over to the finish line. Thank you everyone from 06 + 07s68 for your well wishes and encouragement (: Feel so blessed to be in such great company.
A little too accustomed to Rafflesian tradition, I was expecting us to do some HC cheers after the event. A'la Raffles style. But I guess that they don't normally cheer after events? Ah I miss raffles cheers :(
Waited around till training and Wang Jiaolian ran with me. I think that the effect the encouragement that someone running quietly beside has on you is equal to the effect of the volume of a group of people cheering for you amplified a dozen times.
Got home and lazed around. Wanted to wake up a little later but I think my body clock is so used to waking up early that at exactly 5.50am I jumped out of bed.
School was dreadful. Ah. Ok we shouldn't talk about dreadful things now should we. Thanks to everyone who asked if I was okay. I shall try not to be so emo anymore.
